Just someone looking to start fresh. Dropped from 220 pounds to 155 using the tools on Spark and the advice from other sites that aren't catered to middle aged women. Then got back up to 190 pounds because of being mentally weak leading to frightening amounts of bingeing. Putting that all behind me and just looking to actually do what I know how to do to accept myself by the time this year is over.

My Goals:
Be happy with myself by the time I start my full time job and meet all new people in January
Get to a weight were I'm comfortable with a 5-10 pound bulk to speed the process of replacing lost muscle due to a layoff due to shoulder surgery
My Program:
#1- Don't binge, no matter how bad things get
#2- Don't stress out about having to eat right
ideally eat 1500-1700 cals a day with 140-200g protein
Do what I can for fitness with recovering from shoulder surgery. Alternate leg day on machines in gym with abs/core followed by a stationary bike
Personal Information:
23 year old male in his last semester of school. Will get my electrical engineering degree in December and then start work at an already accepted position in January :)
Other Information:
Previous account was Kylar_Stern if you were curious. Wanted to cut those ties as I gained back much of the weight I'd lost since then. Hoping to shed the unhealthy outlook towards food I developed with that.
