First, congratulations on changing your page for 2021! I need to do that, too.
Second, I'm not sure it's important to count calories. We all have been in this game long enough to know pretty much what we can eat, and what makes us gain.
I DO like to use the tracker, but more for getting a balance between protein, fat and carbs. The more I avoid starchy carbs, the better for my weight loss. I also use it to track caffeine and potassium (haven't had enough potassium just from food ever!)
