Thanks for all the comments :) I REALLY need to get some sort of extra movement in my life.... it's just hard to motivate myself after spending 9 hours sitting at a desk all day and just wanting to faceplant into an easy dinner and my bed after. Being able to walk during my lunch hour last year in the summer months was such a blessing... darn winter. I know I could go snowshoeing after work or do quick videos in my room but argh. Ha! Just now saw your post on community feed & recognized ADVENTURESEEKER - so happy! I was on Spark a lot in 2013 & 2014 (as '1salmon1'). Your page was a big inspiration to me - I like your energy and your frankness and all the fun fitness stuff you shared about so enthusiastically. So I'm happy to find your page again.
