Heya! I wanted to drop by and personally invite you to check out the challenge that is starting tomorrow on the San Antonio Team! It is a month long challenge that helps to build new habits or re-enforce good ones you already have! It is appropriate for ALL levels of fitness so I hope you consider checking it out! We have seen SUCH great results from everyone who has participated! I hope you consider signing up--- but don't forget, sign ups end at 10pm tonight... so hurry!

I didn't think the prices were too bad. For a lot of stuff there were multiple people selling so if something seemed too high you could check with another person. I can't remember too many specifics but I think for two cantaloupes and a squash I paid $4, bought three things of jelly for $18, pickles for $5, an amish lady gave me an awesome deal on bread.... two loaves should have been $14 but she sold them to me for $6!! I *think* I paid $6 for a bag of tomatoes and about 4-5 onions. Of course there was lots of other stuff I didn't pay attention too. I think tomorrow I might get some more bread, check out the honey and maybe get a few herb plants (large ones for like $4!!). This time of year it's definitely pretty big. First time we went it was late July and there just wasn't that much stuff.

Saw your request for support on the TX team ... so I'm here to give you support! It's hot and miserable, but according to your ticker you are making good progress toward you goal. Woohoo! Do holler if some specific encouragement -- just know that you have lots of company in the quest to be healthier.

    Sending cheer your way. emoticon
