Love that eating with moderation is a way of life, which enables me to maintain my ideal weight. Also love embracing yoga as a life long practice, it creates the "spark" that inspires me to remain at my ideal weight and size.

I am grateful now that I embrace effective ways to deal with stress, pitfalls and high demands that come with being a high achieving entrepreneur.

I am proud of myself for making time and effort to eat right, workout and take care of myself.

My Goals:
Eat with moderation
Consistent physical activity
Daily yoga practice
Maintain my ideal weight
Stop eating when I am satisfied

My Program:
Daily Morning Ritual
Yoga practice - 15 minutes or more perv day ~ still desiding where it fits

Walk 10 miles or more a week

Weight training 15 minutes or more 3 days week

Meditate 10 minutes or more per day

Personal Information:
Living on the Indian River on the Space Coast of Florida, with my darling husband is a true joy of life. I love that I am evolving to the me I choose and want to be. The kids are grown, they left nest, (well the youngest is still in college) all of them are wonderful, caring people, I am truly blessed. Changed my career track last year to become a real estate related consultant. Using my 20 years experience as a real estate broker to assist other Realtors with tech savvy marketing, property managers with embracing technology and helping homeowners and investors modify and recover from whelming mortgages. Life is changing, it’s constant . . . and I love that!

Living with passion is my aim on a daily basis. I am passionate about reading, writing, art, traveling, exploring and helping others find their way in a confusing world.
