My Goals:
My goal is to get healthy.

My Program:
 I signed up with Spark People in 2008 I think and never did anything for very long, Now I'm 63 and I want to feel better and be able to breathe. I started tracking my food again on 4/12/15. I just got my Spark Activity Tracker today and am gong to start moving. I am going to stick with this - I have a terrible track record of starting with a bang and then fizzling out after a few weeks. It IS going to be different this time!!

    Hi AlabamaGrits! My name is Teresa and I live in west Alabama at this time. I am also new to SparkPeople. My daughter is the one who introduced it to me. I need to lose fifty + pounds. I have RA and OA plus fibromyalgia. I plan to get healthy for me, too. I am sick right now with bronchitis, but as soon as I can, I plan to start exercising and eating right to lose weight, but mostly to get healthy. I know we can work together and encourage each other.
