Hi, my name is Alecia. I've been trying to lose weight for 10 years, since my oldest daughter was born. Although I have the knowledge, applying it consistently has always been a problem. So, I'm hoping that this site will be that last link I need to make it all work and lose the weight!

My Goals:
Make changes to how I eat and exercise that are permanent and result in a healthier lifestyle.

My Program:
 Cutting calories and fat, and trying to eat as much fresh food as possible, and a lot less processed food, and finally, exercising more.


Personal Information:
I am happily married for 14 years, live in the midwest, and am blessed enough to be able to stay at home with my children.
