    Thanks for reading my Beck blog! I sure appreciate everything SP offers! I was extremely faithful about logging food until my husband started throwing in everything including the kitchen sink and I never knew what was in it to count! He's a great cook, though and I know it's healthy so I don't worry... I just don't have accurate info any more. I always try to log my exercise. I read lots of blogs, especially those that provide the kinds of support I am looking for, and you get to know who those people are after awhile. I usually stick with people I can relate to pretty well...not always the super successful ones... I log in every day and try to comment on that main page when people submit photos, ideas, thoughts, etc. This website keeps me accountable! I am a prime member (one time fee) so I have access to lots more if I choose to use it. (Your question of a little while ago...I eat 1 cup of fruit plus a little more with breakfast, a banana mid-am, and about 2-3 cups or more of veggies with supper. Sometimes I have clementines, usually 2, in the evening. So that gives me about 7-8 servings per day. Keeps me fuller longer!

    Thank you for your comment. Not sure what causes the cravings, but I think for me it is stress. What are you doing when you have these cravings?
