My Goals:
I really want to lose some weight to make sure i am healthy for a long time.

Goals:
1- 199 - CW Done on Jan 29th, 08
2- 190 by Feb 14, 09 Made it there...don't remember the date.
3- 180 by April 14, 09 did not make
4- 170 by June 14, 09 did not make
5- 175 by Nov 15, 09
6- 165 by Dec 31, 09



My Program:
 Right now it is just counting calories and watching what and how much i eat!! Exercise, including Karate!

I am Alicia from Westerville, OH. I am a SAHM of 3, married for 15 years. We also have a kitty named Linus.

Other Information:
 I love to scrapbook, embroider and sew. I also like to read Christian romance, knit, crochet and take photos.
