Hello, my name is Alicia, I'm turning 26 in a few days and it is time for me to let go of the weight and food issues that I have used to hide behind for far too long...I am ready to release my old habits and replace them new healthy ones. I am working on my self esteem and self worth, I really do deserve and can have the life of my dreams (just like everyone else!) For me, right now, this means :
a sexy thin body, (still want my feminine curves though!)
loving and accepting myself, this is me and who I am and where I am now, and it is perfect. period.
having a great relationship with my family
being a part of a fabulous, fun and supportive group of friends
allowing myself to be in a loving relationship with my amazing, adoring boyfriend
starting my dream company, running it with authenticity, love and a
contagious passion, making money doing it!
I know my goals aren't all health related but I believe its like a domino effect, an imbalance in one area creates imbalance in another...so I am striving for happiness and healt in all areas of my life.

My Goals:
To weigh 140 pds and feel fabulous in my skin, for my trip in October. (goal date October 1)


My Program:
Calories in vs Calories out!
-Going back to the basics of eating low calorie, whole/real foods.
1200-1550 calories/day
-10 cups water
-5 servings vegetables
-2 fruits
-Stop eating all the sugary, empty calorie snacks!
-Drink green drink every morning.
-Finish eating at least3 hours before bed. Most
days by 630 pm (unless work schedule interferes)
Workout: 1 hour of cardio 5 days/week
-usually jump rope/circuit training, power walk down hiking trails, or Brazilian dance and Bellydance videos
-at least 1 hour yoga every week




Personal Information:
I live in Ontario, Canada, recently moved home after living across the country for 3 years. I am very excited about all the changes happening in my life right now, and want to be the healthiest (physically, mentally and emotionally) person I can be, to truely enjoy and experience this fabulous journey!


Other Information:
Love, love, love to travel, read, learn new things, the outdoors, summer, people, really interested in social causes especially related to human rights, organic fairtrade chocolate is my passion!
