Introduction Text Committed to good health and fitness.

2020 Goals: My plan is to lose those pesky last 15 lbs in the new year by doing the following: ~ Drink 64 oz of water per day ~ Eat 3-5 freggies per day ~ Minimize eating processed foods ~ ST weekly ~ Cardio 3-4 times per week

Participation in the 5% Challenge (Casual Travelers - challenge leader), BL Challenge (Pink Flamingos), and the BLC Challenge (Azure Destinations).
