My Goals:
2021 Goals:
My plan is to lose those pesky last 20 lbs in the new year by doing the following:
~ Drink 64 oz of water per day
~ Minimize eating processed foods
~ Track using the Myfitnesspal website
~ ST weekly
~ Cardio 2-3 times per week


My Program:
 Trying to do this slow and steady. I want to enjoy life, and fitness and weight loss are only small part.


Personal Information:
Middle-aged married Pennsylvania Catholic. We have two dogs, four cats, and we live on a small farm. Author of "Who's Taking a Bath?" - a picture book for children. I'm also a book reviewer and accountant.
