I'm a schoolteacher who has let her body go to waste in her 2 blissful years of marriage. I'm tired of feeling bad about myself, and I'm ready for a change!

Fitness Minutes: 409

My Goals:
*Back to pre-marriage weight of 150lbs.
*Drink more water (at least 3 bottles a day)
*Drink one Mt. Dew a day (this is my hardest goal!!)
*Serious cardio 3x/week

My Program:
 Stop buying pop from the store. Play soccer (co-ed, indoor) every Friday night. Go to the gym for Step/Move To the Music 2x/week.

    Angie, Michelle and I are weighing in every Monday, in front of each other. It's really hard to get on that scale in front of people.

    I'm SO ready for Thursday.... I'm really ready to (modestly) brag about it at Thanksgiving dinner tomy family.:)

    Amanda, Jill and Bryan are all running it too. We should meet up before hand for an East End picture!

    Allison! I was so happy to see a comment from you on my SparkPage! I have my registration printed out, all ready to mail. Mom and Angie are thinking of doing it also. They figured they could walk together while I walk ahead (hopefully).

    I started training today! Man, I haven't jogged in a while.
