    How about in September we make a dessert, it can be as simple as fresh fruit ~ for others it might be a glass wine and cheese, or maybe you got a mug microwave chocolate lava cake you want to make....

    Read your post on Active Vacations. Obviously you are not cruising on your explorations. Still, I have found that restricting what I eat onboard ship, along with walking activities, I can lose weight. This year I'm missing all that.
