    Here to offer support! Create a visual motivator. You need to be able to visually see what you want. A few suggestions (some I used and help me). I put a picture of myself that I HATE on my fridge so everytime I am there just looking (not hungry) I will realize I don't want that! I also put some motivational words around my desk (don't cheat when you eat, weight loss, stay positive). It does work and please don't give up. You can do it if you want it bad enough! Let me know if you need someone to buddy with!

    You can do this. DON'T QUIT. Honestly, that is the biggest downfall of anyone who comes to Sparkpeople. Resolve to stay with this, no matter how long it takes. People want instant results and it just doesn't happen that way. But if you stay with it, you will get to your goal. emoticon
