Introduction Text Spring is the perfect time to refresh your body, mind and spirit! I have taken one of my sabbaticals from SP the last several months, and now I'm back again, feeling ready to refocus and strive toward my healthy lifestyle goals. The scale started going up again, and I am determined not to gain back all the weight I worked so hard to lose! I can do this!

To gradually lose 50 pounds through a healthy lifestyle, always striving for balance, consistency and moderation.

Following low carb eating. Eat mindfully and practice portion control. Drink 8 or more cups of water. 10 or more fitness minutes each day. Balance cardio with ST and stretching/yoga.

I'm Amy, originally from southeastern PA, but now retired from teaching and living a blessed life for the past seven years in central Florida. I've been married to my husband, Dave for 32 years, and we have a 31 yo son named Sean. Our beloved Cairn terriers, Max and Sophie passed away in January and August of 2019, and now we have a new Cairn puppy named Lizzie, who was born 6-9-20. We are also excited to have purchased a new Class C RV, so we can go on traveling adventures with our puppy!
