It is just a shame its the same damn 10 to 20 pounds over and over again. Oh well here goes again.......... OMG! I have some awesome weight loss news: Y'all something finally clicked in my brain! I started this new journey of weight loss March 2, 2020 and as of today 10/21/2020 I am down 60 pounds. Woohoo! Hip! Hip! Hoorah! It really is a mindset thing. Energy flows where attention goes. Trust the process! I have it all in sync now mind, nutrition and exercise.
