How that saying goes....same ole story different day?
Well, I've lost thousands of pounds. It is just a shame its the same damn 10 to 20 pounds over and over again. Oh well here goes again..........

OMG! I have some awesome weight loss news:

Y'all something finally clicked in my brain! I started this new journey of weight loss March 2, 2020 and as of today 10/21/2020 I am down 60 pounds. Woohoo! Hip! Hip! Hoorah!

It really is a mindset thing. Energy flows where attention goes. Trust the process!
I have it all in sync now mind, nutrition and exercise.

    Hey girl. I have walked every night except for last night. I had family in from Iowa and didn't get out there. Will start back up though tonight again. I'm actually proud of myself. I didn't give in to anything except the family coming in and the first night they were here I did walk even. Last night just didn't work for me with them in. I'm updating my streak to reflect my walking infact so I have a visual sight of it. :-) Hope you are having a great weekend. I wouldn't mind talking to ya more even if we aren't buddies anymore. Hopefully we can be though for another week. I would like it anyways.
