To exercise daily for 30 minutes.
Add more fruits and vegetables and protein to my food plan. Also to journal every bite.
To keep a positive attitude and to check in with my teams daily.
My Program:
I am following the Weight Watchers program.
Personal Information:
I live in the NorthWest and have retired. Loving life everyday to be my very best.
Other Information:
I enjoy working on Crafts like jewelry making, oil painting, and needlepoint.
I also like to travel and love baking for people.
