I'm going to be 45 this year and encountered health issues due to my weight. I have 2 adult children, 2 grandkids, and a beautiful 7 yr old that we adopted as an infant. Life can be pretty hectic, but they are well worth the effort I'm putting in to get healthy. I am doing very low carb, as well as a heart healthy diet. My boyfriend and I are both benefiting from healthy eating and the low carb (sugar) is great for our 7 yr old because she is high functioning autistic. Love this site and all ...
