I'm glad your going shopping. It will help, you'll see. Let me know what you buy for yourself.

Thanks for making me one of your friends. It's a lot easier to do when there is someone cheering you on. By the way, have you lost those 63 pounds since you joined in November? Way to go! emoticon

Thanks for adding me as a friend. I've added you as a friend too. We can do this together.

To get the virtual image I went to My Virtual Model at the following URL:

    http://www.mvm.com/en/index.php

Click on Weight Loss Simulator and follow it from there.

    Hi
I feel for you and not seeing any loss in appearance. If it's any help I had the same experience the first time I lost weight. I lost 55 pounds and didn't SEE the weight loss until I was down 45 pounds. I'm sure it was happening but very slowly and not noticeable to me.

Part of it was physical and part of it was my mental image. I always wore bulky clothes and couldn't see the change that was happening to my body. I was starting to feel really down on myself so when I got really close to my goal weight my WW leader suggested that I go buy some new clothes. You can imagine my surprise when I took size 16/18 into the dressing room and had to come back out to get a 10/12. When you see yourself as a big fat slob sometimes it takes someone else to help you see the real you.

I'm sure I'm going to have the same experience this time around but I know to trust in my friends when they say I'm doing good.
