    Hey Angie you look great as well. I see you are well on your way to your goals. No secret, just a Great Trainer who actually knows what he is doing! LOL I had been through a couple of trainers that had me more discouraged than when I started my mission. He taught me the importance of proper nutrition. The what to eat, when to eat and how much to eat. Amazing Person as well, him and his wife run the business. She is so cute and nice. If you have any questions I would love to help. I am sure my trainer would as well. He really is all about helping people. He does free fitness & nutrition seminars & webinars. That's how I cam a across him. His knowledge and passion sold me!

    Happy New Year to you too. Thank you so much for my SparkGoodie. I hope you had a great Christmas and a Happy New Year. Mine was quiet, as my hubby went back out west (Regina, Saskatchewan) to work, but he will be back in 2 weeks or so, then back to the old workschedule (out there 14 days, home 7 days). I can't complain, I had him home for 3 full weeks, and was able to spend Christmas with my daughter, and my son and grandsons and daughter-in-law (an early Christmas there). Had a good one though.Take care.

    Thanks for the reminder! I want to do something but that doesn't mean get stoopid emoticon

    My plan is to do it but WAY modify/ be careful. I think movement is *good* just not the intensity that a HIIT normally calls for. We'll see how I feel :)
