I am SO excited to have found Spark Life! I am a mom and an entrepreneur who loves live music and to travel. My whole life I have put everyone before me. That last part is changing. Now. I have been reading a lot about self care and the power and value that comes with it. Exited to connect with like minded friends and motivate each other to meet our goals! I am also really big on quotes. "nothing changes it nothing changes"
