Introduction Text Just trying to limit my sugar!

I want to continue my journey for getting healthy. I have been very successful so far with SP! It is the best!

I am tracking my food and exercise on the SP trackers.!

I live in Defiance, Ohio, 45 miles southwest of Toledo. I am originally from southwest Va. but I have lived here most of my life. I am 71years old. I have 2 grown children. My oldest son lives in Defiance with his wife and 2 children. My youngest son lives in Phoenix AZ. my 2 grandchildren are a lot of joy .

I love to go to church, read my Bible. I love fiction books also and romantic comedy movies. Had to go back to work about 4 years ago. I don't have as much time to spend on SP but I intend to use what I have to the best of my ability!
