Hi, 2015 using Sparks menu, exercises and coaching from over 400 pounds I lost 146 pounds 9/2020 and kept it off. My goal for to loose about 164 another pounds in the San Antonio Texas area or more. My final weight goal is 176 pounds at 5 foot 9 inches by or before end of 2021.Thank you many Spark supportors who are Friends!!. I love the changes in appearance, self confidence and more friendships. Sparks People program has given me so many years plus ways to be a healthier me. Thanks all ...

    I just wanted to drop by and thank you for cheering on my efforts at rearranging my houseful of furniture - it means a lot. When I write a blog, I do so because I want to be able to look back at both the good and the challenging things I've come through, and to use them in future times to prove to myself that I can come through anything, so long as I believe I can.

    I clicked on your Spark Page, and the first thing I saw was your status - it's mid-summer here in Australia, but your mention of making a batch of split pea soup really made me long for winter!
    And now I'm heading over to read your soup blog! (Guess that's the closest I'll get to sitting inside with the heating up high, on a cold, rainy day, with a bowl of soup for now.)
