Introduction Text I Lost it... and gained it all back. Now I'm back for Vengeance on this weight build up... The Plan: 1. Burn the Fat - Feed the Muscle 2. Track food intake! 3. 3 days/ week weights 4. 4-5 days/ week cardio 5. Train for Houston 1/2 Marathon in January *Goals* Short Term: 1. Lose 5lbs per month in July & August 2. Work up to running 5 miles straight by August 31st 3. Do 25 push ups straight by August 31st 4. Bench Press 100lbs by August31st 5. Squat 100lbs by August 31st Long Term: 1. Lose 25lbs by Thanksgiving 2012 2. Run Houston 1/2 Marathon on January 13, 2013 3. Lost ALL 40lbs by March 1, 2013!!

1) Lose 10 lbs by Aug 31, 2012 2) Run 5 miles straight by Aug 31, 2012 3) Run 1/2 Marathon on Jan 13, 2012 4) Lose 25 lbs by Thanksgiving 2012 5) Keep the weight off
