I'm so grateful for the resources on SparkPeople that have helped me with weight loss in the past and continue to do so. I am struggling with a yo-yo effect on my weight because of very heavy medications I take that slow down my metabolism tremendously. I have to put in more effort than most people because of this, but SparkPeople trackers help me keep goals in check!! The community is great too, I've found so many kind people here who motivate me!
