Introduction Text Hi! I'm Valerie. I joined SP in 2006 and over the course of about 8 months lost 25 lbs. I had a hip injury in 2008 that haulted my workouts but not my otherwise healthy lifestyle so I've maintained my weight. In 2010 I was able to start exercising gently again which made me feel much better physically! In Jan of 2011 I found out that we were expecting baby #3, a BOY, due in Sept! So my new goal was to have the healthiest pregnancy possible by eating right and continuing to exercise (modified, of course). Happily, I did enjoy a healthy pregnancy and had the natural childbirth that I desired. Samuel was born on September 8th, 2011 weighing 7lbs12oz. :) *Update* January 2013 I started working out again last month 4-5 days a week and am now up to 6 days a week. I am determined to be fit and firm again!! I am still breastfeeding Samuel (16 months), so I *still* don't know how much to eat :P but I do know how to exercise, so I am!!! Welcome to my page! :)

Go from 140lbs to 125 by December 2014.

Exercise 4-5 days/week. Drink more water every day. Watch portion sizes and eat deliberately instead of mindlessly.
