Hello ya'all!!! My name is Audra. I'm 32. I have the most amazing husband... he IS my best friend. We have been together for a total of 12 years (only married for 4 though --- we did it all backwards... haha) We have 3 beautiful girls!

01/01/11 Weight: 203 lbs BMI 32.8
Where to start without making any excuses??? Honestly...I cant! All I can say is that I fell off the wagon. But I'm back!!! lol and at the end of the day thats all that matters. Im starting again at 203 lbs. Long term goal... 150 lbs. Once I get there... then I'll decide whats next.
Tracking what I eat in a food journal really helped me last time so thats what I'll be doing again this time. It made me realize how much I was actually eating and how bad some of it was. Having to write it down makes me accountable to myself. It makes me think twice before I take that bite... lol
Ohhh... and lots of gym time!! lol Last time I focused on the treadmill and the elliptical. This time I'm going to do the same as well as adding the C25K in there again... and I'm thinking (if I can talk myself into it... (everyone is NOT staring at ME!!! lol)) of adding some of the weight machines into the mix as well... hopefully to tone up these arms that wave back at me... hahaha

As of 01/01/10 I weigh 234.8 lbs. I am over being fat. I am tired of making excuses. I NEED to lose weight, I am GOING to lose weight. I am hoping that SP can help me with the motivation and accountability. Thanks in advance for ur help!!! Good luck to us all!!!

    Hi! Saw you and I were on some of the same teams! I'm in the ABQ area, too. We seem to have similar long-term starting and ending goals. :)
    Since you said one of the first things you look for is height, I'll let you know right now, I'm 5'7". :D I do that, too - I see where a person is at, and then I see how tall they are. Glad to know I'm not the only one who does that.
    I started out at 220ish(I stopped weighing myself for a while after I saw that), and when I started SP back in Feb, I was at 206. My goal is to get to 135, or a weight where I'm happy, and my belly doesn't look like jello.

    I'm counting cals as well. I started going to the gym on the 8th and started counting cals on the 10th. I am going to do it this time around. Nothing is stopping me from getting to my goal... We got this girl!!!! Keep up the hard work, it will all pay off! I'm taking a veg. day today. So sore! My body needs to heal. Thanks again!!!!!!!!
