Journey of the dissappearing 100 pounds!


I''m 28 and have been overweight the majority of my life; when the doctor asked me when I felt the best and was in prime condition, my response was "when I first came out of the womb." It was meant as a joke, but seriously, it''s the truth. In 2012 I decided to make some changes and with better eating habits and daily exercise I was able to drop over 100 pounds in the first year!!
