Getting Healthy and Getting Slimmer


Starting over once again.

Single mom of 24 year old son. I have struggled with my weight since he was born. 12 Years ago I worked hard and lost 100+... but injuries, life changes, depression I gain it back.

Over the past year I have maintained my weight within 5 lbs. This is a BIG deal for me. In the past I would gain 35 to70+ lbs a year when off plan.

Time to start losing again. New Year, New Me!!!
