I did it before and I am doing it again!


When I lost weight before it felt very good to be able to wear a "normal size". I still have my small clothes and I want so bad to get into them again.

My goals are.... to be happy with myself again, get back into my clothes and be proud of me, again.

My Program:
 I'm getting ready to stop making excuses for not working out. I'm paying for a Y membership.... might as well use it, huh???
