    Ready for a challenge this Summer? The BL Challenge is there for you!     Thanks for commenting on my blog! Sweets are also my true downfall, and always have been. The good thing I am finding about the No S Diet is that I can still have them, I am just limited to what days I can have them. I am eagerly planning my desserts for this weekend. Maple syrup with breakfast, a brownie with lunch, etc. It's all fair game! I'm not expecting to lose a lot of weight yet as it's still the beginning and I'm still figuring out how much to eat, but I'm hopeful for the first time in a long, long time. I briefly tried IF (for about 3 days), but found it far too difficult to do with my medication. I have to time my meds a certain number of hours apart and both my morning and evening meds have to be taken with food. It became clear that it was far too difficult to do true IF and take my meds. I fast about 8-10 hours, which isn't shown to be any more helpful than not. But I don't focus on that and quickly gave it up.
