Introduction Text 2016...same as 2015: SAME GOALS as 2014! .....I am in need of a major lifestyle change. I have lost weight before, but I found it all--plus some. Now, it's time to restart my journey toward a healthy weight. Eating right exercising--those are my goals. This is my first step in the right direction. Encouragement welcome!! I need all the help I can get! ;-)

My goal is to get the scale moving in the right direction by eating healthy foods and exercising.

What I'm doing to achieve my goal weight-- *tracking each day *staying in between my caloric range each day (or as close as possible!) *drinking lots of water *choosing more fruits and veggies to fill my plate for very few calories *moving my body more often *limiting "treats" *keeping in touch with SPARKly friends who help to keep me going!!

I'm a teacher in an urban district who loves to joke around with my students. My job is very challenging, but every day I find something to smile about. The kids are always making me laugh, and I hope I am able to make learning fun for them!!
