Introduction Text My name is Becky, I live on the Oregon Coast, I grew up here, I am 52 years old, have 3 Awesome Children, & 2 Grandsons , I have been gone from S.P. for about 9 months this last time, I'm Once again looking into losing weight & better physical health, time to up my game plan.. it appears that I have been trying to focus on to many things at once... so... here I go again... haven't been following my own quotes..

My goals are small this time around, I hope to lose about 35/40 pounds, slowly, & change my eating & excercise habits

I will b working on revising my eating habits & excercise, by keeping journals & calendars up-to-date, with progress & scheduling time to enter data on my blog .

I live in Deadwood Oregon, I am a Med-aide for an assisted living facility , I have worked at this facility 9 years I have variety of hobbies ,which include..... Melt & Pour soap making, crocheting, hiking,swimming,gardening ,cooking , Halloween, Christmas, homesteading , travel and more...
