    There is no doubt that you have the right attitude about things. You are absolutely right when you say that the priority has to be to eat healthy and to exercise. Everything else will fall into place.

    I haven't weighed in for three weeks. I was thinking the same as you. I worked my butt off this week and am exactly where I was three weeks ago. I consider that a win. This means I'm 7 pounds down since Jan. 1. I just have to keep going now. I'm going to make new promises on Sunday night. That sure worked for me this last week.

    I'm glad to hear your week was great. I was sure thinking of you and hoping that that's what I would hear this weekend. Now we're in a groove. Let's keep it going!

    Thanks for the Goodie! I've had two "successful" days in a row now. Wahoo! I like your idea of planning meals ahead. I always try to have some fat free pudding and fresh veggies in the fridge for when I get home at night. I've also been keeping almonds around. I grab a small handful (1/4 cup) when I'm feeling hungry.
    I like feeling good about myself for a change! Here's to today's success!
