2020 is starting out more calm, more full of hope, more excited than any year since ... gosh ... well, let's just say that 2020 looks very good so far and ThePlan 2020 will be all about extending this goodness throughout the whole year. Weight wise I'm ready to explore a new lower weight for my acknowledged shorter body. If I either can't get there or don't like it when I do - hey - I don't have to stay. I'm about doing what the universe whispers to me (or bonks me on the head about) this year. ...
2020 is starting out more calm, more full of hope, more excited than any year since ... gosh ... well, let's just say that 2020 looks very good so far and ThePlan 2020 will be all about extending this goodness throughout the whole year. Weight wise I'm ready to explore a new lower weight for my acknowledged shorter body. If I either can't get there or don't like it when I do - hey - I don't have to stay. I'm about doing what the universe whispers to me (or bonks me on the head about) this year. Art will get the most attention because ... well ... because I want it to. I'm just ready to say YES to the world in 2020.

My Goals:
2020 GOALS

1. Be within 2 lbs of 150 every month of the year
2. To Strengthen my body, starting with my core and adding something every 8 weeks





My Program:
 Still workin' it out but:

1. Take my time

2. Follow the Weight Watcher Program and attend meetings

3. track track track what I eat - any way I can, every day

4. Drink enough water - 6 glasses a day

5. Eat plenty of vegan meals - they're delicious!

6. Start out with a smaller portion. It might be all I really want!

7. Keep active every day - and do formal exercise 4 or more days each week

Retired boomer librarian from VA who draws, paints, crafts, knits, spins, tells stories and lets dogs get up in the Big Bed.

    Thanks for commenting on my blog! I found that dress to be both curse & a blessing all of these years! Every time I'd see it in the closet it would remind me how large I had become & of course I didn't like that. However, it was a main motivation during my journey. And now that I'm back into it, it was all worth it! You'll get into yours too!

    The important thing, whenever you fall off the wagon, is to get right back on! In the past, when I had a bad day, it led to another bad day, and another, and another... It seems like such a simple lesson to learn, doesn't it? And yet, I know one bad day has been the end of ever so many diets for me... emoticon

    Tomorrow's WI is looking rather doubtful. I got about 1/4 of the driveway done in 45 minutes, and it's still snowing away. I'm taking a breather and then will go back out, but I doubt I'll even get the whole driveway done.

    Luckily, as I said, I don't have to go anywhere and we still have power -- power is my greatest concern, even with a generator.

    Thanks for commenting on my blog. After reading your profile, I added you as a friend! We are the same age. I hope you can get off some of your meds, too. I finally got the guts to tell my doctor I was overmedicated, and I discontinued most of the medications, except thyroid and hormone replacement.
