April 11, 2008 O.K. I have not been on here in forever. I see that I''ve been a member for almost 3 and 1/2 years and nothing has changed. Not anything. My weight is the same and I''m battling the same issues and bad habits. On March 31st, 2010, I donated a kidney to my daughter. I''ve known for almost a year that i was going to do this if I was a match; ever since she became seriously ill. I could have been in such great shape before the surgery but no. I didn''t try hard enough. I ended up with plantar fasciitis (Heel Pain) and didn''t try at all. I am soooo disappointed in myself. It''s all about planning and wanting something bad enough to see it through. Isn''t that what wanting anything of worth in life is all about? Each individual has to decide what is important to them. So why do I keep deciding my health isn''t that important to me? My Goals:
Right now my goal is reflection and coming up with a plan. Right now I'm recovering from donating my kidney so I have some healing to do before I start exercising but I can also start planning and eating cleaner. I also need to figure out a workable plan to when I go back to work that incorporates exercise and eating clean.


My Program:
Plan, Plan, Plan...

1. Keep a clean kitchen and fridge to help with planning meals.

2. Plan for the next day. Workout clothes and Clothes for home. Plan every meal.

3. Need to figure out a schedule for eating and working out and sleeping and cleaning the house, shopping...blah, blah, blah..lol

1st goal weight in 10% of my body weight. So so pounds less than that.

Rewards:

Songs for my Ipod.
Perfume called Lovely
A silver bracelet with charms for certain amount of pounds lost.
New workout clothes.
Better health, strength and endurance.
