    Sorry for your loss. I go back to Dr tomorrow for results of my blood work. Dr. not happy with my weight either. I am trying, but just can't seem to get it off. I did take up yoga so wondering if I am gaining some muscle & that's part of my weight problem ?/ will let you know. ave a good week.

    Thanks for the update. I gained back all the weight I lost on my long break. Good to hear that you found something that helps your knee. I ruined both knees after years of long distance running, so now I walk. I run a little on the treadmill at the Y only until I feel my knees twinge a little--then I walk. I haven't been to the Y for quite awhile. I am starting back slow with Spark videos for 50 and over and a couple others that are not hard on the knees.

    My brother that recently passed and my cousin both had double knee replacements, so I guess bad knees run in my family.

    Yes, I am doing well, except for the weight as am 153 now. Just trying again to get it off as summer clothes are tight! Had a knee problem but taking a natural vitamin now for a month & pain is gone, so will keep on taking it.
