Healthier, With God's Help

My Goals:
To be healthier; to have more control of my emotional eating; to get my family eating healthier; and to lose some weight!

My Program:
 Maintain a low sodium diet and try to slowly add some exercise, probably walking.


Personal Information:
I'm 54 years old, happily married with two grown kids; our Autistic son lives at home with us. I'm a secretary, hubby is a teacher.
