This is my My 2020 Winter 5% Challenge Commitment:

"I am going to do my best to meet all challenges presented during the 5% Winter challenge".

The challenge is open to new members. If you're interested in joining, This link is to our Community page.

This is my proposed Exercise commitment for the 2020 Winter 5% Challenge. I commit to get as many exercise minutes in every day of the challenge as I am physically able to!

Strength & Stretching - Upper Body:
Weights, bands and balancing - 3X per week, 4 sets/super sets 3 reps of each set, per session.

Rehab stretching exercises daily until all moves and reps are complete. (Generally 10 - 15 minutes).

Strength and Stretching - Lower Body:
Rehab exercises with Weights, balls and bands - committing to 3 times per week, but hoping to do at least half of them on a daily basis all winter long, until all moves and reps are complete. (usually an hour)

Chair or floor dancing, 30 to 60 minutes 1X per week.

ON HOLD: Swimming at least 3X per week for a minimum of 30 minutes. Also ON HOLD Treadmill Walking 1 day per week to start - at least.

I'm following the Ketogenic way of life and I have been doing 5% challenges since 2015. Whoever said it's not sustainable long term has obviously never tried it with any real intent.
