I have used a great deal of energy making other people happy. The problem is that the only person I haven't succeeded in making happy is me. For the last several months my life has felt like a constant struggle and I have no idea what I want.

Life is a journey of exploration and discovery.

Now is the time to discover who I am and to take control of my life.

My health is important to me and now is the time to stop worrying about others and put myself first. This journey is not only about losing weight but discovering who I am. I have spent too much time living in the shadow.

I am ready to step out of the shadow and determine who I am. People will either accept me and like me for who I am or they won't. I can't control what others think and worrying about that will only be detrimental to my journey.

Now is the time to step out and find myself!

My Goals:
I want to lose weight and have a healthy BMI, but more importantly I am going to find out who I am.

I am going to break my weight loss down into 5 pound goals.

I am going to become confident in who I am and not have to worry about what others think.

My Program:
I am going to take things one day at a time. Not stress about slip ups and work on accepting myself for who I am today.

I will workout to make myself stronger. I will not force a certain number of minutes per day, but rather just make sure that I give it my best.

Personal Information:
My name is Becky and am 5' 5" tall.

I am an avid Minnesota Vikings and football fan.

I like to hike and spend time outdoors.

When I need to escape I tend to find a good book.
