    Thanks for your comments about gluten on my Spark page. I am just beginning to learn this stuff. I'm sure that the more I know, the more I will realize that I don't know about this stuff. I, too, have heard about inflammatory foods - but never realized that wheat was one of them. I felt great on the cleanse. So far, I've been able to avoid gluten since finishing the cleanse.

    Have you read the book "Wheat Belly?" I've heard that is good. I don't have time for pleasure reading this semester. All my reading is from my text books, but I'm hoping over the Christmas break to get some personal reading in. Anything you can suggest?

    PS - I just read your weigh in post. Cool that you have free-range chickens! I'm into smoothies, but not ready for raw eggs in them - or veggies, for that matter. I'm a fruity smoothie kind-of-girl!

    Glad to hear that your Nutri-Bullet is motivating you and that you have your game face on. Diabetes is nothing to mess with.
