Introduction Text I'm starting over, the past is the past, it only shows me that with dedication and hard work I CAN get to a healthy me. Today I have to start fresh, be open to new ideas, figure out a way to be healthy with a fast paced career, as a wife, and a mom of 2 young boys. I turned 40 in March, the last time I started new on Spark I was 30 and living alone, what worked then is not going to work now so I have to have new eyes, new approaches, and start fresh. Today is the start of that journey, today I erase all my past successes from years ago and make this about today, about me, and what I have to do to take responsibility for my health.

To track my food regularly. To start exercising 3x a week.

Coming soon....I'm starting by tracking and reducing my carbs.

I call Phoenix home and really love the sunshine and the clear blue skies. I have a wonderful husband and 2 beautiful boys (age 4 and 18 months). I love to travel and stay busy. I want to be a good example for my kids, have the energy to keep up with them, and make sure I'm going to be healthy and strong for years to come.
