Hey! Thanks for the best wishes for grad school - I'm pretty nervous/excited! I suppose it'll be quite similar to undergrad. We'll see!

And I can't believe all of the outdoor stuff is already out of the stores!! How disappointing!! I never even got a patio set this year :) Haha.

Thanks for the comment - hope to talk to you soon!

Magnificent Monday….I am sorry for the late message, I’ve been busy early this morning. I wanted to stop by to make my weekly visit. I hope the weekend was great and you are ready for the new week. Over my busy weekend I was thinking, on this journey we often make mistakes and many times we handle it badly. We often beat up on ourselves, causing discouragement and frustrations.

My message for this week and weeks to come is entitled “Lesson Learned.” We often stumble and perhaps regret a decision we have made concerning our weight loss battle. Instead of creating an unnecessary set back, learn from the lesson and try hard not to make the same mistakes. Once you’ve crossed that bridge you can mark that mistake or blunder as “Lesson Learned.” The goal to lose weight is a process, there is no quick fix or even a one size fit all method. You can bet that we will fall and scrap our knees: however, the key is to get back up, dust ourselves off and keep moving forward and remember, “Lesson Learned!”

    Peace & Blessings
