I'm a 50 plus retired teacher who is now taking care of me. I want to live a long, healthy, happy life and losing weight is an excellent place to start. So far I have lost 15 pounds on the Flat Belly Diet and plan to use this eating plan for the rest of my life since I have never felt better!

My Goals:
My short goal is to lose 10 pounds by August 30, 2009.

My ultimate goal is to lose 50 more pounds by February 28, 2010.
