    Don't make ANY changes that you don't plan on sticking with forever! That is the reason I don't spend 7 days a week working out in the gym... I am only willing to work out 3 days a week for the rest of my life, so that's all I do now. I don't give up foods I love, because I'm not willing to give them up FOREVER. Sure, I might lose faster if I eat 1200 calories per day, but I'm not willing to do that for the rest of my life, so I don't do it now.
