    You sound like a mirror image of what I am trying to implement. I went to Sam's to purchase the Acai, but they were out. I will try again later. I'm not taking Alli, but I thought about doing that. My caloric goal is from 1500-1900. I try to create a caloric deficit to lose the weight. I figure if I workout and burn 500 calories and I consume 1800, I am at a deficit of 1000 calories if I am used eating a 2,500.0 or more caloric intake. My workout is like this. I walk/jog a mile on the treadmill. My goal is to get this done under 14 minutes and then I play racquette ball for 1 hour. I haven't incorporated strength trainning yet, but I will.

    Hi Button~!. Yes, we can do this together. My plan has been to workout 5 days a week, eat within the right amount of daily calories and drink plenty of water. You and I can chat more on this if you want...I wish you the very best!
