My name is Leslie. I am 32 years old and starting again after all the hard work I put in at the end of 2010 through the beginning of 2011. I am learning a lot about myself and seeing areas that are great and others that could be even better.

I began to lack focusing and drive as well as the motvation to stay healthy. I was not putting forth real effort and was getting nowhere quickly which only aided in doing nothing or just going through the motions of exercise.

I finally took a day to myself to focus on what I really want. I bought the Spark around August 15, 2011 and I am still reading it. I did a new vision collage and will be rewriting my goals. I planned out my meals for the week which I continue to repeat and plan to change up again in the next two weeks. I am also utilizing the blog on Spark (no one is obligated to read or comment) to get out my thoughts, feelings, and accomplishments for the day. It has been really useful because I get to start the next day with a clean slate, no matter what I did the day before, it has no bearing on the now.

It is just unfortunate that Icompleted a round of P90X, Insanity, and ChaLean Extreme and allowed myself to gain back over 4% body fat and 8 pounds from the end of January to August. I need to go back and see why I allowed that to happen and then take responsibility for it and move on. I cannot continue to let the past live in my future so I make the same mistakes over and over.

This time I have made my intentions clear to myself and to my husband (and other family members), who is no longer giving me the stink eye after 2 weeks of double workouts, in order to be successful and TRANSFORM. This is not about CHANGE. Change is a bandaid. I am here to make a new life and body for myself because I know it will manifest itself into all other areas of my life.

I welcome the challenge and support of the many teams I am on. I am grateful for this site and its users. I know that this time is my time and I am well on my way to transforming me into the powerful healthy being I know I can be.

Completing a doubles program of Insanity in the AM and ChaLean Extreme in the pm August 5-October 7, 2011

Completing Turbo Fire October 14, 2011 - next 20 weeks from then on

Tracking food and utilizing the blogs to journal each day

Incorporating stretching/yoga through CorePower Yoga once a week

Drinking more water; at least 8 glasses a day

Practicing meditation each night for deep rest and well-being

Insanity November 6th to January 7, 2011 DONE!!!

ChaLean Extreme March 2011 - July 2011 (took a month off and skipped 4 strength training sessions and a few cardio sessions)- might as well be honest
