Work In Progress - Starting Over
Well life has been a tailspin and totally changed after originally signing up for SP. I originally lost some weight, but since then, my life just got busier, more stressful, etc. and the weight came back. Totally my doing.
So now I want to re-start my journey and begin once more at trying to keep up with the exercise and watching what I eat. A fresh start!

Fitness Minutes:

My Goals:
Cardio and strength training at my gym at least 2-3 times per week.
Drinking 8 cups of water per day.
Adding more vegetables and fruits into my daily diet.
My Program:
Gym (cardio and weight training) at least 2 times per week for at least 60 minutes. Generally 120 minutes each visit though.
Using my elliptical machine whenever possible.
Being smarter about what I eat.
Becoming a healthier person in general, inside and out.
Personal Information:
My name is Katherine and I was born in Ottawa, Ontario but I've been living in Richmond, BC Canada (Steveston area) most of my life now and I love this province. The only drag here is the amount of rain we get, but we have the ocean, the mountains all around us so there is always lots of great things to do.

My Goals:
