YOUNG-AT-HEART Sorry I’ve been AWOL from the Rowdy Rebels team. I’m trying to get my normal lifestyle back, but it continues to be difficult. During my back injury recovery and restricted exercise, I’ve gained 10 pounds and need to hit my “reset” button as I struggle to get my life back on track. Here are some positive thoughts I want to share with you.
Make a list of changes you want to make and start incorporating them into your lifestyle. As the weeks and months go by, you will not only lose the pounds but you will also be creating a new way of living that supports your new healthy body.
The healthy things you do today can change your life forever. If you knew that one year from now, after all your hard work, perseverance, and diligence you would have reached your goal, would it all be worth it? “A journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.”
